All of our coffee is State Certified, ensuring the quality of the bean. It is the state who deems it Extra Fancy, Fancy, etc. by counting the percentage of defects, measuring moisture content, and measuring the size of the bean.
We are one of the very few farms in the Kona District who produces Extra Fancy and Fancy quality coffee beans. These are very rare and there are limited quantities available.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to the other Hawaiian islands due to agricultural restrictions. Sorry for the inconvenience!
