Ted Darnall
Ted started out in the coffee industry before it was a thing, running a small coffee cart in Waikiki next to the Ilikai Hotel, and then managing the coffee bar and retail store for Lion Coffee. Ted is passionate about excellence and experience. His commitment to those details insure your coffee will be the best it can be.
Pam Darnall
6th Generation born and raised in Hawai’i. Pam’s roots and love of the land are deep and Farming is definitely in her genes. Both of her parents come from Kama’aina families (long time Hawai'i family) who were intimately involved in agriculture. Here on the Big island, Pam's Mom’s family is the Ackerman family. The Ackerman’s worked in all kinds of agriculture from rice to pineapple to dairy and even coffee.
Pam's Dad’s family is the Cleghorn family. Her Great Grandfather managed Hawai'i Land and Pine, and then her Grandfather was the plantation manager for the Wahiawa and Lana'i operations of Dole Pineapple. Come to find out, the family too had a 100 acre coffee farm on the Big Island as well.
Abi Ramirez
Abi our farm manager. Abi landed on the Big Island, 12 years ago. Coming from LA, He immediately fell in love with the island and dreamed of managing a farm and raising his family here. Abi has worked on several different farms on the Big Island learning every aspect of growing and processing coffee. He is responsible for all the day to day aspects of caring for the trees and running the farm. We are very fortunate to have such a hard working and knowledgeable member of our Ohana. Honestly, couldn't do it without him!
Alyse Wallace
Youngest daughter to Ted and Pam. Alyse is newly married to Tyler. Alyse is working on the behind the scenes to keep us moving forward and staying on task with our marketing. Team work makes the dream work!
