Our Private Reserve Peaberry Roast is a rare and distinctive coffee experience. Peaberries are a natural mutation where only a single, round seed forms inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two flat-sided beans. Representing only 5-10% of the coffee harvest.
The Peaberry Roast delivers an exceptionally smooth and concentrated flavor profile, with vibrant acidity and an intense, full-bodied character. With their uniform shape, peaberries roast more evenly, resulting in a beautifully balanced and complex cup with a velvety finish. Ideal for those seeking a rare, premium coffee that captures the finest aspects of each harvest.
We do 1 type of Roast for Peaberry, it is between the medium light and medium.

Delicious! Very expensive but worth it
My husband used a drip coffee maker and this coffee came out incredibly delicious. I'm so glad we purchased two pounds as we had company over the weekend and they really enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be purchasing again.....very soon. (:
