Our Private Reserve coffee represents the pinnacle of quality and selection from our farm. These beans are grown in rich soil and cooler climates allow for slower growth, enhancing the flavor profile. Extra Fancy and Fancy beans are the largest, densest, and most uniform in size, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, balanced cup with pronounced notes of chocolate, fruit, and a hint of floral undertones.

This roast strikes a perfect balance between the vibrant flavors of lighter roasts and the richer, roasted notes of darker ones. Versatile, working well with drip, pour-over, espresso, or French press.

I personally thought it was pretty decent but the two friends I served didnt care for it. They said it wasnt good nor bad but the taste didnt justify the cost.....I liked that it came fedex in 2 days as promised.

Aloha Frances! So glad you are enjoying our coffee! Unfortunately we do not carry decaffeinated coffee at this time, as it's very cost prohibited, we'd have to send it to the mainland to be decaffeinated and then shipped back to us. Hopefully we'll find a solution soon! We've definitely found many of our customers don't experience negative acid issues from our coffee, but I can't give you a scientific fact, so we'll leave it there! Mahalo! Pam
