Our Private Reserve coffee represents the pinnacle of quality and selection from our farm. These beans are grown in rich soil and cooler climates allow for slower growth, enhancing the flavor profile. Extra Fancy and Fancy select beans are the largest, densest, and most uniform in size, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, balanced cup with pronounced notes of chocolate, fruit, and a hint of floral undertones.
This roast offers a rich and robust flavor profile, sitting between the balance of medium roasts and the intensity of dark roasts. Great for espresso, French press, and drip coffee, as it handles bold extractions well.

Honestly I wasn’t that impressed with it for the price, I had purchased another brand from Hawaii a few months ago and it was much better.

My husband and friends loved the coffee. It was a treat for everyone since we couldn't get to HI this winter. It allowed us to feel like we were there. Granted, I just like the smell of the coffee (I'm not the coffee drinker in the house).
