These beans are grown in rich soil and cooler climates allow for slower growth, enhancing the flavor profile. Extra Fancy and Fancy beans are the largest, densest, and most uniform in size, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, balanced cup with pronounced notes of chocolate, fruit, and a hint of floral undertones.
This roast is perfect for those who appreciate a harmonious interplay of sweetness, brightness, and complexity in their coffee. Works well with pour-over or cold brew to accentuate its bright and subtle flavors.
