Our Private Reserve Extra Fancy coffee represents the pinnacle of quality and selection from our farm. These beans are grown in rich soil and cooler climates allow for slower growth, enhancing the flavor profile. Extra Fancy beans are the largest, densest, and most uniform in size, ensuring an exceptionally smooth, balanced cup with pronounced notes of chocolate, fruit, and a hint of floral undertones.

This is our favorite blend for espresso.  We blend equal parts of Medium Light -Medium -and Medium dark, for a rich, full bodied, and balanced shot.
