Our Roasts:

Medium Light - This roast is perfect for those who appreciate a harmonious interplay of sweetness, brightness, and complexity in their coffee. Works well with pour-over or cold brew to accentuate its bright and subtle flavors.

Medium - strikes a perfect balance between the vibrant flavors of lighter roasts and the richer, roasted notes of darker ones. Versatile, working well with drip, pour-over, espresso, or French press.

Medium Dark - offers a rich and robust flavor profile, sitting between the balance of medium roasts and the intensity of dark roasts. Great for espresso, French press, and drip coffee, as it handles bold extractions well.

Crown - Our favorite for espresso.  We blend equal parts of Medium Light -Medium -and Medium dark, for a rich, full bodied, and balanced shot.
